Our Story
Butikiro Eco Farms was founded with a vision to transform Uganda's agricultural landscape through sustainable farming practices and premium crop production. What started as a commitment to environmental stewardship has grown into a network of nucleus farms spanning multiple districts.
Our journey began with the recognition that Uganda's fertile soils and favorable climate could produce world-class Hass avocados. Today, we manage over 1,000 acres across four strategic locations, partnering with 200+ smallholder farmers to create a sustainable agricultural ecosystem.
We believe that agriculture should not only feed communities but also heal the environment, empower farmers, and create lasting economic opportunities. This philosophy drives everything we do, from our farming practices to our community engagement programs.
